Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation period is cancel any time, up until 48 hours of your appointment of which then yoiu can cancel but will not be subject to refund of your deposit.

When booking in person, we will require a £20 deposit for your appointment. This is subject to refund if you cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours of your booking time.

We are insured by Balens LTD. To file a claim, please get in contact.

You must sign a pre-assessment form at your first appointment.
